Official registration for the meeting will take place on-site Friday afternoon before the workshop and Saturday morning. 

To reserve a seat at the banquet, please send an e-mail to John Eric Goff.  You can pay for your dinner on-site when you register for the meeting.  If you have any special dietary needs, please include the details in your e-mail.

To submit a talk, please send an abstract by e-mail to John Eric Goff.  Please include any special AV needs.  We will have an overhead projector and a projection system interfaced to a PC. 

If you plan to do a demonstration, send an e-mail with a brief description to John Eric Goff.  Please note that the auditorium has electricity but not water or gas.
