“Writing Partners” is a pen pal exchange between first-year college students at Lynchburg College (in English 345 and English 645) and Payne Elementary School students that took place between March and May, 2005. After exchanging pen pal letters over a couple months, Payne students sent their writing partners at LC a short illustrated story.  Lynchburg College students animated that story with a software program called “Director.” Here are some of the results:
